OpenPSA 8.09.8 Released

The main focus of this release were workflow and usability improvements, along with the usual assortment of bugfixes and cleanups.
The most noteworthy changes are:
- More interactivity with AJAX based filtering, expandable trees and other JS improvements
- Rewritten relatedto system for greater flexibility
- more options for the invoicing workflow
- New form layout
- Updated Finnish translations
- and many more
OpenPSA can be installed from the MidCOM PEAR channel or from the command line with Datagard.
