"Leaner and Meaner" - OpenPSA 8.09.3 released

OpenPSA 2 has been successfully ported to the current stable generation of Midgard.
The main focus of this release was on code cleanup and legacy code removal. By using PHP5 features and the latest Midgard Framework functionality, page load times could be reduced by up to 90%. OpenPSA 8.09.3 is available from the MidCOM PEAR Channel
