OpenPSA 8.09.3.1 released

A new OpenPSA version was released together with Midgard today
It includes
- further code cleanup (most notably the removal of the DBE feature)
- more porting work towards the Ragnaroek architecture
- small fixes and usability improvements
- a new goto handler to quickly jump to an invoice by entering its number
